Sculpted

Byron Bay, NSW

Move without pain, in a class small enough to be coached

Sculpted is a reformer and mat Pilates studio for Byron Bay bodies that feel stiff, sore or stuck. Your instructor sets your springs, watches your form and adjusts the work to what you can do today.

Capped class sizes. All levels welcome, including complete beginners.

Why Sculpted

Pilates that fits the body you walked in with

Nothing here is a follow-along video with springs attached. Every session is taught, corrected and scaled.

Small classes, real coaching

Numbers are capped so your instructor can watch your alignment and adjust it. You are not following along from the back row.

Built for stiff, sore bodies

Desk shoulders, surf-tight hips, post-baby cores, old injuries. Every exercise has a version that fits what your body can do today.

Strength, not punishment

Low impact does not mean easy. You will shake. You will also be able to move properly the next morning.

Your first three weeks

Getting started takes one booking

  1. 1

    Pick a class time

Open the schedule and choose a session that suits your week. First timers do well in Mat Strength or Reformer Flow.

  2. 2

    Arrive ten minutes early

Tell your instructor about any injuries or pregnancy. They set your springs, straps and range before the class starts.

  3. 3

    Come back twice a week

Control builds with repetition. Two sessions a week is where most people notice their back and hips settling down.

Another season of tight hips, or a Tuesday that starts on the reformer

Two classes a week is where most people stop bracing through their day. Pick a time, tell us what hurts, and we will build the session around it.
